Hobson RV Service, Inc values our customers and takes pride in our products and services. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made during a purchase and you may need to make return. Please review our Return Policy below.

Ÿ Return items must be received within 15 days of the original purchase date in order to process a refund.

Ÿ Dometic/Atwood/Norcold/Suburban items are non-returnable under any circumstance unless it is a situation concerning damage in shipping or the incorrect item was shipped to you by us.

Ÿ Returnable items must be in their original unopened package.  We will not authorize a return on any part that has been opened, used or installed on an application due to risking damage to the part.

Ÿ All return requests are subject to approval. Please review all terms and conditions for further information.

Ÿ Return instructions must be followed carefully. All instructions will be sent via email. Please be sure your email is correct. Rest assured, we will be working diligently to get these instructions for you so you have all the accurate information before returning! 

Ÿ If you receive and accept a damaged or incorrect product please notify us immediately, Please be sure to take photos of the damage to provide when contacting us as it is require documentation in the event of a shipping claim being filed. It is preferred, if you can, to refuse the shipment for obvious damage. If you do not contact us within fifteen days after receiving damaged or incorrect product or you choose to proceed to install or use the product, we will not authorize a replacement or refund.

Ÿ Scratch and Dent Items/New Take-Off’s, which are noted on the listing, are non-returnable items. 

Ÿ If you refuse a damaged product please let us know immediately so we can proceed accordingly.

Ÿ There is a 15 day return request window from the order date regarding your purchase. After 15 days return requests will be automatically denied.

Ÿ Any return request for a Dometic/Atwood/Norcold/Suburban product will be denied.

Ÿ All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ÿ If your return request is approved you will be responsible for shipping charges back to us at the address provided in instruction. Every return is inspected thoroughly and checked into inventory before a refund is issued.

Ÿ All returns must have an RMA attached to the shipping label. Any return without an RMA will be refused. This is very important for your return to be processed correctly.

Ÿ Please keep a copy of your tracking number and RMA information for your records.

Ÿ We will not authorize exchanges in any circumstance.

Ÿ Special order items, appliances, electrical, old stock items and any other non-stocked product will be denied a return request.

Ÿ Please allow 3-4 weeks for return processing. 

Ÿ After your order has been processed through our shipping department no changes or cancellations can be made. 

Ÿ We will not accept or authorize any returns on damaged items that has occurred from customer use or installation or from shipping methods. If the merchandise arrives damaged from shipping notify us immediately so that a shipping claim can be made.
